After Signing Up

When you sign up for Zenofon, you are given $.30 in free credit to try out the service. To place a phone call, sign up for Zenofon (click here to get an invite) and sign in to your account.

• Then, go to “My Account” and click “Your Phone Settings”.
• Add the number you will be calling from in the “Your originating numbers” section.
  
  You will need to verify it (to confirm that it is really your number) before you will be able to place calls. This step will happen automatically after you add your number to your Zenofon account.
• The next step is to add a number you wish to call to the section called “Your ZenoFon phone book!”.
  
• After adding this contact, your Zenofon phone book will show you a local (USA) number that will connect your phone to that number without any international calling charges (if the person you are calling is overseas). This new number is what you should write down or add to your cell phone address book. When you call this number from a phone you registered with Zenofon, it will automatically recognize it and connect you to the correct person.

If you would like to use Zenofon from any telephone (use Zenofon as a calling card), you will need to use a credit card to add money to your Zenofon account. This verification technique will allow you greater flexibility in using Zenofon.
